HOSP 495 - Hospitality Feasibility Studies Credit(s): 3 HOSPITALITYFEASIBILITY STUDIES Component: Lecture This capstone hospitality business course examines feasibility methods for hospitality business using a franchise business model. Students are assigned a market in which they review market data, evaluate franchise options, develop facility and design requirements, identify review streams and cash flow projections, and complete an analysis of it economic viability.
