HOSP 764 - Advanced Lodging Practicum (3cr.) Credit(s): 3
ADVANCED LODGING PRACTICUM
Component: Laboratory
Experience-driven learning course in a live hotel. On the operational side, students will complete a rotation of the various departments of the hotel. The managerial component includes exposure to General Manager duties at financial, operational and strategic levels.
Allowed Units: 3 Grading Basis: Student Option
PREREQ: HOSP 601 , HOSP 602 , HOSP 603 , HOSP 604 , HOSP 642 , HOSP 648 ,and HOSP 687 . RESTRICTIONS: Only after taking 21 credits of 600 or higher level HRIM courses.
