LEG ISS OF TRU & FID ENTITIES
Familiarize students with legal issues and ethical responsibilities of professionals in the trust management field. Examines intestacy, wills as fiduciary entities, trusts as a will substitute, various types of trusts, aspects of trust management including trust creation, management, modification, and termination.
