FINC 871 - Workshop in Finance: Seminar (3cr.) Credit(s): 3 WORKSHOP IN FINANCE: SEMINAR Component: Lecture Introduces core theoretical topics, empirical methods, and data that are domain of financial economics, mostly by studying journal articles. Focus on research regarding market efficiency, asset pricing, and corporate finance. Topics include financial intermediation, market microstructure, corporate governance, international finance. Allowed Units: 3 Grading Basis: Student Option PREREQ: FINC 870 or ECON 801 and ECON 803 or equivalent. RESTRICTIONS: Students admitted to the M.S.
