Chemistry BS Four-Year Plan
* One Breadth Requirement should also satisfy Multicultural Requirement; one Breadth Requirement should also satisfy the Second Writing Requirement (This requirement can only be filled in the junior or senior year).
** See program plan for approved courses. The three required credits of Advanced Chemistry may be chosen from chemistry electives having a CHEM-600 number or greater (excluding Special Problems and Undergraduate Research).
*** Students intending to take senior research in biochemistry or upper level biochemistry courses should take Biochemistry CHEM-641/642 in the junior year instead of CHEM-527.
**** Candidates for a B.S. in chemistry must achieve a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.00 for all chemistry courses taken.
