Frontline Manager Certificate

Frontline Supervision is a 10-week foundational management development certificate program designed for frontline supervisors. This noncredit certificate program will focus on the fundamental skills required to successfully manage a team. Participants will walk away with tangible outcomes, such as when and how to delegate, specific guidelines for disciplinary actions and terminations, how to motivate your employees, on-the-job training techniques, and interviewing skills.  Participants will also learn fundamental personal skills such as: resilience, time management, problem solving, handling difficult customers, and responding to criticism. In addition, a digital resource toolkit will be provided to each participant. The resource kit will contain resources such as SMART goal templates, Interview guide and questions, email templates, etc.
