• ANFS 411 - Food Science Capstone (4cr.)
• ANFS 428 - Food Chemistry (4cr.)
• ANFS 429 - Food Analysis (4cr.)
• ANFS 439 - Food Microbiology (4cr.)
• ANFS 443 - Food Engineering Technology (4cr.)
• ANFS 449 - Food Biotechnology (4cr.)
• ANFS 464 - Animal and Food Science Experience (1 to 3cr.)
• ANFS 466 - Independent Study (1 to 6cr.)
• ANFS 468 - Research (1 to 3cr.)
• ANFS 512 - Connections in Food Science

Restrictions:

1. Some courses might have pre-requisites; these may be waived with permission of the instructor.
2. No more than three credits of ANFS 466  Independent Study will be counted towards the minor.
3. The minor is not available to students majoring in Food Science, Animal Science, or Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosciences.
