The Agriculture and Natural Resources major prepares students to address real world problems of feeding the world and protecting the planet. This interdisciplinary program provides a strong foundation while allowing students to tailor their studies to their specific interests.
Students have the flexibility to customize their coursework, especially at the 300- and 400-level, by selecting advanced courses that align with their career goals in areas such as animal science, plant science, insect or wildlife ecology, or applied economics. Each student is assigned a professional academic advisor who provides personalized guidance throughout their undergraduate journey.
Students from other UD majors interested in transferring into the program must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. For more information about the major and areas of study, students can contact anr-academics@udel.edu.
