This course provides a comprehensive exploration of high-level entrepreneurial frameworks that foster creativity, sustainability, and strategic growth in the food/beverage and agribusiness industries. Students will analyze real-life case studies and develop a “model canvas” to start pitching an idea to potential investors, customers, and/or partners.
