This course explores the dynamic world of the hospitality and tourism industry. Beyond the industry basics, this course explores the history, trends, and societal impact of and on travel, tourism, and hospitality. Students will be exposed to various learning experiences that can expand their knowledge of career opportunities in this large and global industry. In addition, they will share their thoughts on future trends.   This is a large industry and it has an impact on you personally and in society in general.
