BISC 303 - Concepts in Genetics and Molecular Biology Credit(s): 3 CONCEPTS IN GENETICS & MOLBIO Component: Lecture Concepts in Genetics and Molecular Biology combine organismal genetics with the cellular and molecular mechanisms of inheritance. Topics include extensions of Mendelian genetics, chromosomal inheritance (cell cycle, mitosis, and meiosis), gene expression, and gene regulation. Learning focus is the application of knowledge through problem-solving.
