This course explores the cultures of Spain and provides students with an understanding of its geography, history, politics, people, festivals and pastimes, art, architecture, literature, media and other important areas. Through readings, presentations, and class discussion, students will gain insight into the traditions that characterize Spain, its diverse people, and its history.
