MUSC 462 - Concert Choir Credit(s): 0-1 CONCERT CHOIR Component: Laboratory Choral ensemble open to all students. This choir rehearses and performs a diverse array of repertoire representative of a variety of regions, peoples, and time periods. Additional emphasis is given to (a) vocal production in a variety of styles, (b) developing aural skills through improvisation, arranging, and composing, (c) developing music literacy skills as related to traditional notation, and (d) articulating understandings related to the socio/historical/cultural contexts of a diverse array of musicks.
