EDUC 472 - Methods for Teaching Multilingual Learners Credit(s): 3 METHODS FOR TEACHING MLS Component: Lecture This course provides the competencies and skills needed to plan supportive environments for Multilingual learners in K-12 educational settings, and design and implement standards-based instruction that promotes content and language learning using evidence-based, ML-centered, interactive approaches.
The course will promote an asset-based perspective that recognizes the incredible ability that MLs possess to navigate multiple languages and cultures.
