HIST 730 - Topics in the Early Modern WorldCredit(s): 3 TOPICS IN EARLY MODERN WORLD Component: Discussion Investigate the rise of global processes during the early modern era, creating enduring effects both positive and negative. Race and revolution emerge as themes in this era as power shifts westward due in part to new resources from the Americas. Repeatable for Credit: N Allowed Units: 3 Multiple Term Enrollment: N Grading Basis: Student Option PREREQ: HIST 710 , HIST 715 . RESTRICTIONS: This course is restricted to students enrolled in the new MA of Social Studies in World History for teachers program. It is a required course for graduate students in this program. Other students must seek faculty approval for taking this course.
