CONST PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT
Productivity in the construction industry. Effects and influences of productivity on costs, schedules, quality and safety. Roles of all parties in productivity improvement, including owners, engineers, contractors and subs, trade-labor and government. Scientific methods for construction productivity assessment and quantification. Techniques for productivity improvement across the project life-cycle.
