INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION
Exploration of international construction activities overseas. Techniques, contract forms, payment structures, regulations, dispute resolution and labor relations are examined and contracted with standardized US practice. The cultural influence on the process is explored with respect to the diversity of the workforce and the stakeholders. Students will also be exposed to diversity in the culture with respect to food, dress, communication and transportation.
