PROFESSIONAL NURSING PRACTICE
Focuses on professional nursing roles within the healthcare system. Examines the philosophy, ethics and values associated with practice. Addresses effective communication, problem solving/decision making, team building, delegation, conflict resolution, quality improvement and safety as part of the healthcare team.
