Experience a highly interactive classroom exploring differences between personal use and marketers’ uses of social media. Students complete multiple digital projects both in-class and out of class. Topics include marketing, public relations, audience analysis, demographics, metrics, digital engagement, interactivity, return-on-investment, scheduling, and digital monitoring through readings, videos, projects and case studies.
