APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS

Prepares special education teachers to understand and apply the principles of behavior analysis in classroom settings. Focuses on conducting functional behavior assessments and designing behavior support plans for exceptional learners. Field placement required.

PREREQ: EDUC 230 . RESTRICTIONS: Restricted to juniors and seniors in the Elementary Teacher Education major, students in the Health and Physical Education Major who are also in the Health, Physical Activity and Disability minor, or permission of instructor.
