BISC 103 - Principles of Biology (3cr.)Credit(s): 3 PRINCIPLES OF BIOLOGY Component: Lecture The study of biological principles at multiple levels of organization. Fosters biological literacy through the exploration of concepts, theories, practices, and new developments and their impact on individuals and society. Repeatable for Credit: N Allowed Units: 3 Multiple Term Enrollment: N Grading Basis: Student Option RESTRICTIONS: Open to non-majors only. Students may not receive credit for both BISC103 and BISC 104 . Students may not receive credit for BISC103 if taken after successful completion (C- or better) of BISC 205 , BISC 207 or BISC 208 . Non-majors may take only one of BISC103, BISC104 or BISC207 to fulfill the group D requirement in the College of Arts and Sciences.
