KAAP 320 - Principles of Strength/Conditioning (4cr.)Credit(s): 4 PRINCPLS OF STRENGTH/CONDITION Component: Lecture Addresses scientific basis of strength and conditioning based upon principles related to biomechanics, exercise physiology, injury prevention techniques and anatomy. Emphasis on program design, energy systems, advanced lifting techniques, nutrition, plyometrics, ergogenic aids and effects of strength training on the cardiovascular system.
