Application of the principles and methods of physics and mathematics to thequantitative study of chemistry, focusing on kinetics and quantum mechanics.
Allowed Units: 3 Grading Basis: Student Option
PREREQ: CHEM 120 , or CHEM 220  and CHEM 221 ; MATH 242  (MATH 243  recommended); PHYS 208  (recommended) or PHYS 202 . RESTRICTIONS: CHEM 419  and CHEM444 cannot both be counted toward graduation.
