GENERAL CHEMISTRY
Component: Lecture
Nuclear chemistry, periodicity, structure and bonding, states of matter, classes of reactions, stoichiometry, solution chemistry, chemical kinetics, equilibria and electrochemistry.
Allowed Units: 4 Grading Basis: Student Option
COREQ: MATH 010 . RESTRICTIONS: For nursing majors who will continue with CHEM 106 . High school algebra required in lieu of corequisite; one year of high school chemistry recommended. Only one course from among CHEM 101 , CHEM 103 , CHEM105 and CHEM 111  can count toward graduation.
