Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics

The mission of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics is to foster scholarship and to offer distinctive, innovative educational opportunities related to the successful management and leadership of organizations operating in an environment of scarce resources, rapid change, global competition, and advances in technology.

The Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics offers various graduate degrees including certificates, master’s programs (with in-person, online or hybrid options), an in-person or online MBA program, dual-degree programs, and accelerated (4+1 programs).

 

MBA specializations include accounting, business analytics, digital and social media, entrepreneurship and innovation, finance, healthcare management, hospitality business management, information technology, international business, public relations, and strategic leadership. Additional master’s programs include MS Accounting (with majors in general accounting, analytics, controllership, financial management, and management information systems), MS Business Analytics and Information Management, MS Economics and Applied Econometrics, MA Economics and Entrepreneurship for Educators, MS Finance, MS Financial Services Analytics, MS Hospitality Business ManagementMS Hospitality and Sport Business Analytics, and MS International Business (in-person or online). The following dual master’s degree programs (within Lerner College) are offered: MBA/MS Accounting, MBA/MS Business Analytics and Information Management, MBA/MS Finance, MBA/MS Hospitality Business Management, and MBA/MS International Business. Graduate Certificates (12 credits) are offered in Business Analytics, Business Fundamentals, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Finance, and Strategic Leadership. Additionally, a Graduate Certificate in Generative Artificial Intelligence is offered for a total of 9 credits.
