*Students whose MATH Placement Examination score placed them in MATH 221  or higher need not take a MATH course coincident with CHEM 103.  The MATH 231 /MATH 232   sequence is one way to complete the calculus requirement. 
**Can substitute a Breadth Requirement and postpone Foreign Language Requirement to other semesters. Fewer than three semesters of Foreign Language may fulfill the requirement depending on the student’s high school coursework and language selection for college study..

****To finish the BS degree requirements (43 BISC credits and 124 total credits) after the first year at TJU, students need to complete 23 BISC/KAAP credits and 93 total credits at UD. If necessary, courses taken during the second year at TJU can be transferred to UD.
