During this intensive, two-day non-credit program, participants will gain hands-on experience and the practical knowledge and skills essential for leveraging Generative AI in various business and technological contexts. Participants will explore the core principles of Generative AI through a combination of conceptual understanding and hands-on experiential learning.
The program covers a wide array of topics including Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, prompt engineering, and advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning. Participants will also delve into AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows, as well as LLMOps, ensuring they have a holistic view of the operational aspects of Generative AI. Additionally, the program will introduce diffusion models and the latest advancements in text-to-image and text-to-video generation, offering participants a comprehensive skill set that can be applied to real-world scenarios.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge Generative AI systems, gaining practical skills that will enhance their ability to innovate and solve complex problems using GenAI technologies. They will also work on group assignments that demonstrate a real-world application of Generative AI through outlining the business problem, developing methodologies, and evaluating outcomes of Generative AI application. Participants will discuss the business implications of their AI solutions and reflect on the practical skills acquired during the program.
