Program Educational Goals
- Demonstrate an applied understanding of how the fundamentals of plant and soil sciences and climate and socioeconomic issues intersect to contribute to sustainable food systems.
- Convey knowledge, issues, and advancements of sustainable food systems effectively to target audiences in oral and written forms.
- Solve scientific and practical challenges in sustainable food systems innovatively with in-depth knowledge, critical thinking, hypothesis testing, and result validation.

Minimum grade of C- or greater required for all PLSC credits used to satisfy major requirements:
