New Agricultural Goods and Services Domain:
Note:
There is no set list of courses for the “new agricultural goods and services” practicum. Rather, any course that focuses on providing students with a meaningful opportunity to gain first-hand experience in attempting to develop a viable new agricultural product may be used to satisfy this requirement.
To seek approval for a specific practicum, students will be required to submit a request in writing to the certificate’s faculty director. The request should indicate the course being proposed to satisfy the requirement and address how the course activities/project(s) can be expected to satisfy the criterion noted above (i.e., provide a meaningful opportunity).
