The program is limited to University of Delaware undergraduates pursuing the BENE degree, with a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.25 and at least 75 hours earned at the time of application in the final semester of their junior year.

Students must complete at least 90 credits toward the undergraduate degree before they can be enrolled in the program. Students must be full-time at the time of application. Applications are due by July 1st after their junior year, and GRE scores are not required.

A maximum of 6 credits of graduate-level courses may be dual-counted toward the students undergraduate and graduate degree.  Any graduate-level courses taken beyond the dual-counted courses may be transferred to the students graduate record, provided they are not used to satisfy undergraduate degree requirements.
