Minor Requirements:
Eighteen ARTH credits: - Nine of the eighteen credits must be taken at UD.
- No more than two 100-level courses
- At least four courses must be at the 200-level or higher
- Of the 18 credits, only the maximum of six credits can be taken from this list of courses: ARTH 239 , ARTH 249 , ARTH 280 , ARTH 408 , ARTH 454 , ARTH 457 , ARTH 488 , ARTH 489 .
Note:
Students must distribute their courses among at least three different key areas of art history according to the distribution areas for the major requirements: - Before the year 1400
- 1400-1700
- 1700-1900
- 1900-present
- African, Asian, Islamic, Native American or Latin American art
* Several courses in Art History may be applied toward fulfilling Group A and B breadth requirements in the College of Arts and Sciences. Credits to Total a Minimum of 18
