Minor Requirements:

This minor is not open to students pursuing a HRIM or HSIM major.

• ACCT 207 - Accounting I (3cr.) (majors outside Lerner College may substitute ACCT 200 )
• HOSP 201 - Food Principles (3cr.)
• HOSP 211 - Food Principles Laboratory (1cr.)
• HOSP 418 - Beverage Management (3cr.)
• HOSP 321 - Quantity Food Service Management (1cr.)
• HOSP 325 - Laboratory in Quantity Food Service Management (2cr.)
• HOSP 381 - Management of Food and Beverage Operations (3cr.)

Credits to Total a Minimum of 19

100 hours of hospitality industry employment is also required. Hours must be approved and documented at the Hospitality Business Management Department office located in Raub Hall.
