BISC 690 - Fundamentals of PharmacologyCredit(s): 3 FUNDAMENTALS OF PHARMACOLOGY Component: Lecture Focus on basic principles of drug/receptor interactions, mechanisms of drug action, and pharmacokinetics. Emphasis on pharmacological problems in the current experimental literature. Goals are to understand drug-receptor theory, interpret agonist/antagonist dose-reponse relationships, and interpret results from experimental literature in written and oral formats. Repeatable for Credit: N Allowed Units: 3 Multiple Term Enrollment: N Grading Basis: Student Option RESTRICTIONS: This is a graduate level course.
