Designed to provide students interested in pursuing a career in the health and social care professions with introductory knowledge of interprofessional education and team-based, collaborative, patient-centered care within an evolving health care system.  This is a foundation course for future interprofessional study of health promotion, issues of health care delivery, evidence-based practice, and clinical application of these concepts.
