POSC 460 - Good Governance

GOOD GOVERNANCE

We are witnessing a global decline in the quality of governance. States are failing, democracies have become fragile, the difference between fake news and reality is disappearing, disharmony and inequity are on the rise everywhere. This course seeks to address this failure of governance by exploring the idea of governance and good governance. The course will include both theoretical and practical study of the challenges that governments face in delivering public goods and services.
