UNIV 365 - Engaging for Change: Co-curricular Immersion and Community Engagement Credit(s): 1-6 ENGAGING FOR CHANGE Component: Discussion Through participation in an in-depth co-curricular activity, explore concepts and practices of community engagement, with an emphasis on how these relate to campus roles and your future as engaged citizens. This exploration includes an examination of the ethics and responsibilities of being an engaged learner, responsive to the needs of the communities in which you live and work. As a DLE, this course helps students learn how to promote and pursue community engagement, applying theoretical constructs to real-world challenges and opportunities.
