WATER AND WASTEWATER QUALITY
Component: Lecture
Principles and applications of analytical chemistry for the analysis of environmental samples. Topics covered include field sampling methods and approaches, the statistical analysis of data, wet chemical and gravimetric assays, application of liquid and gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, light and fluorescence spectroscopy, and electrochemical methods for the measurement and identification of trace compounds in soil, sediments, and water.
