LARC 450 - Ecological Planting Design

ECOLOGICAL PLANTING DESIGN
Component: Studio
Use foundational knowledge from other courses including design process, plant ID, soils, plant ecology and CAD to develop planting plans for various sites and scenarios.  Explores a range of topics including basics of planting design, design process, applied plant ecology, and technical drawing through lectures, demonstrations, studio critiques, site visits, and discussions. Course has a studio fee.
