AFRA 363 - History of African Americans in the American West (3cr.)Credit(s): 3 AFRICANS AMERICANS IN AM WEST Component: Lecture Examine the history of people of African descent in the western region of the United States from the Spanish colonial era to the present. Focus on contributions of men and women who shaped history of the region, of black America, and of the entire nation. Repeatable for Credit: N Allowed Units: 3 Multiple Term Enrollment: N Grading Basis: Student Option RESTRICTIONS: Because one of the requirements for this course is a research paper, ENGL 110 or previous experience with writing research papers with the use of citations is desired.
