SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF NURSING
Component: Lecture
Examines pathophysiological concepts as a scientific basis of disease processes. Focuses on major body systems, including immune, endocrine, neurological and psychological. Emphasizes concepts of cancer, pain and infection.
Allowed Units: 3 Grading Basis: Student Option
PREREQ: BISC 207 , CHEM 105 , NURS 110 . RESTRICTIONS: Open to nursing majors only.
