MATH 114 - College Mathematics and Statistics (3cr.)

Stresses mathematical concepts and algebraic skills with a strong emphasis onapplications in the areas of management, life and social sciences. Topicsinclude various function classes and models, linear programming and statisticsincluding descriptive and inferential statistics.
Allowed Units: 3 Grading Basis: Student Option
PREREQ: Requires a grade of C- or better in MATH 010  or students must achieve an acceptable score on the Math Placement Exam in accordance with current standards determined by the Department of Mathematical Sciences. See www.math.udel.edu/placement for more information. RESTRICTIONS: Only four credits from any combination of MATH 113 , MATH114, MATH 115 , MATH 117 , and MATH 127  can count toward graduation.
