Pathophysiology and therapies for overweight/obesity. Tools to assess and manage weight. Examination of diet/exercise, pharmacotherapy and surgery as treatment options. Treatment and prevention resources for client education. Review of popular weight loss regimens. Related legislative and policy issues.
