EXPERIENTIAL EDUCATION
Component: Lecture
Field experience combined with a seminar emphasizing professional issues in human services, including portfolio development and career planning. Students should arrange for a 50 hour field placement prior to first week of class (see instructor).
Allowed Units: 3 Grading Basis: Student Option
Crosslisted: Crosslisted with HDFS 334. RESTRICTIONS: HMSV majors only or permission of instructor. Students planning to take HDFS334/BAMS335 must attend a course orientation prior to course enrollment (unless it is to be taken during as part of the Winter Session service-learning study abroad program).
